Return & Exchange Policy
Dostyle.pk is always trying to make customer focused policies and improving the customer services to facilitate our esteemed customers at our best.
Main Highlights Of Our Return & Exchange Policy Are As Follow
- Company is obliged to refund or exchange as per customer choice within 7 days of delivery.
- In case of quality complaint (if product does not meet the quality descriptions of product mentioned on website) or damage delivery of product company is obliged to bear return charges.
- In case of wrong delivery of product company is obliged to bear return charges.
- In case customer wants to return or exchange the product as per his/her own choice (i.e any issue other than point 2 and 3) customer will have to bear the return charges and delivery charges will not be refundable.
- Before any refund or exchange customer will have to return the product back to the company.
- Customers will have to return product on their own. (Any return charges Initially paid by customer if refers to point 2 and 3 will be refunded)
- All refunds will be made via banking channels only.
